The space

The apartment is located on the first floor and offers 45 sqm of bright and carefully curated interiors, furnished with taste and attention to detail to create a warm and refined atmosphere.

Sleeping area: quiet bedroom with a premium mattress, freshly pressed linens, and ample wardrobe space.

Living area: comfortable sofa bed accommodating up to 4 guests in total comfort. Widescreen Smart TV for relaxing evenings at home.

Fully equipped kitchen: stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, full cookware and everything needed to cook independently.

Please read carefully before booking — the following requirements are mandatory by Italian law.

Rental Agreement (mandatory)
A short-term rental agreement must be signed before accessing the property, as required by the Italian Revenue Agency. The agreement is sent digitally during online check-in and can be electronically signed in just a few minutes.
Stamp Duty Tax
According to Italian Ministerial Decree 17/06/2014, a stamp duty tax applies to bookings with a total amount exceeding €77.47. This is a legal requirement and not a fee imposed by Tilo.
Online Check-in & ID Verification (mandatory)
All guests must complete the online check-in through the TILO app before receiving access codes. A valid ID document for each guest is required under Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS). Documents are securely transmitted to local authorities in compliance with Italian regulations and GDPR.
Property Management
The property is managed by Tilo S.r.l. on behalf of the owner. All communications, payments, and contractual obligations are handled directly by Tilo S.r.l.
