Other things to note
Signing a rental agreement is mandatory to access the accommodation, as required by the Italian Tax Agency.

A stamp duty is required pursuant to DM 17/06/2014 for bookings with a rental amount exceeding €77.47.

Completion of the online check-in form and submission of valid identification documents are mandatory, in accordance with Article 109 of the Italian Public Security Act (TULPS), to be sent to the relevant Police Headquarters.
