Other things to note

Signing a rental agreement is mandatory before accessing the apartment, as required by the Italian Revenue Agency.

A stamp duty tax is applicable pursuant to DM 17/06/2014 for bookings with a rental amount exceeding €77.47.

Completion of the online check-in form and submission of valid identification documents is mandatory in accordance with Art. 109 of TULPS, to be transmitted to the local Police Headquarters.
