The space
City Center Lux is a first-floor apartment with elevator, located in the heart of Genoa's historic center and designed for 4 guests in maximum comfort.

Master bedroom with upholstered headboard, four-door wardrobe with mirrors, and light parquet flooring. Second bedroom with two single beds, dedicated wardrobe area, and Smart TV.

Two full bathrooms with natural stone sinks, solid wood countertops, gold fixtures, baroque-framed mirrors, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and hairdryer.

Fully equipped kitchen with designer gold sink and tap, built-in Hoover oven and microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and complete dishware.

Living-dining area with white sofa, dining table, gold velvet chairs, baroque armchair, Smart TV, glass-front cabinet, and a striking crystal chandelier.

The balcony overlooks Porta Soprana and the green park below — a rare panorama in the middle of the city center.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment: both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, the living-dining area, and the balcony are fully reserved for you.
Entry to the building and the apartment is completely self-service via smart code — no keys to pick up and no time constraints beyond the check-in window.
The elevator from the building's marble lobby is at your disposal. Wi-Fi (network TILO) is free, unlimited, and covers every room.

Bed linens, towels, duvets, pillows, and full Tilo welcome kit: Nespresso capsules, sugar, washing machine and dishwasher capsules, shampoo, body wash, soap, toilet paper, 1 bottle of water per person.
Independent heating with radiators in winter; split A/C in summer. Smart TV with the option to log into your own Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube accounts.
Online check-in is mandatory before arrival (link sent via the TILO app or guest portal): the access code cannot be released until the form is completed — this is a security policy for both your protection and ours.
To request parking, please message us via chat at least 24 hours in advance (limited availability).
It is mandatory to sign a Lease Agreement to enter the accommodation as required by the Revenue Agency.
Stamp Duty is applied pursuant to Ministerial Decree 06/17/2014 for reservations with a fee greater than €77.47.
It is mandatory to complete the online check-in form and provide valid identification documents as required by Art. 109 of the TULPS, to be submitted to the respective Police Headquarters.
