The bedroom, with its double bed and wrought-iron headboard, invites you to rest; the living room, framed by the authentic stone wall, is perfect for unwinding in front of the Smart TV with Netflix after a day among Rome's wonders. The fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, fridge, microwave, moka pot, coffee machine, kettle and toaster) makes you feel right at home. For your comfort: a bathroom with shower and premium toiletries, a washing machine, fast WiFi, heating and a fan. Sleeps up to 4 thanks to the comfortable double sofa bed.

Your arrival will be simple and carefree: self check-in with a smart lock, the code reaching you by email/SMS after online check-in. Getting around couldn't be easier: Ottaviano metro (line A) is a 10-15 minute walk and takes you anywhere in the centre. Buses and trams are close by, with an ATAC ticket at €1.50 (100 minutes) or a day pass at €7, taxi 06 3570. But the beauty of Prati is that much of the Rome you dream of is reachable... simply on foot.
