Other things to note
To access the property, guests are required to sign the Short-Term Rental Agreement, as mandated by Italian law and required by the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate).

For bookings with a rental amount exceeding €77.47, a Stamp Duty Tax (Imposta di Bollo) applies in accordance with Ministerial Decree of June 17, 2014, and subsequent amendments.

Guests must complete the Online Check-in before arrival and provide a valid identification document for all occupants, in compliance with Article 109 of the Italian Public Security Act (T.U.L.P.S.). This information is required for registration with the competent authorities through the Alloggiati Web portal.

Failure to complete the online check-in, sign the rental agreement, or provide the required identification documents will result in denied access to the property.
