1. Document Check-In Procedure
By using the "Document Check-In" process, the guest agrees to follow the instructions carefully, complete all required steps, and provide the necessary identification documents.
2. Accepted Identification Documents
Guests must provide a valid and legible identification document. Accepted documents are:
Italian Citizens: Identity Card, Passport, or Driver’s License
EU Citizens: Identity Card or Passport
Non-EU Citizens: Passport only
These documents are used solely for identification and legal registration purposes.
3. Responsibility for Document Submission
The guest is fully responsible for:
the accuracy of the submitted information
correct submission through the check-in form
safekeeping and confidentiality of their documents
Note: Under Article 46 of Presidential Decree 445/2000, providing false or misleading information is a criminal offense.
4. Cancellation Policy
The check-in process may be subject to specific cancellation policies communicated at the time of booking.
5. House Rules
The guest agrees to comply with all house rules, including:
observing quiet hours
respecting smoking policies
following any other instructions from the management
6. Damage Reporting
Any damage must be reported immediately. The guest is liable for damages caused by negligence or intentional misconduct.
7. Property Security
The guest is responsible for securing the property by locking doors and windows when leaving.
8. Privacy
Personal data will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), strictly for check-in and legal purposes.
9. Compliance with Laws
Guests must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
10. Check-Out and Late Departure Fee
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
The cleaning team enters at 10:00 AM.
Any unauthorized presence after that time or delays that affect cleaning or check-in of new guests will result in a €100 penalty.
Respecting the check-out time is essential to prepare the property for incoming guests. .
