Guest access
The whole apartment is yours exclusively, with no shared spaces. Keys are collected easily at the concierge desk, staffed 24/7: you can arrive at any time, even at night. We only ask you to let us know your arrival time. Parking included. We want you to feel at home right away.

Online check-in (mandatory)
The official link for your online check-in is sent automatically as soon as your booking is created. Check-in is a mandatory step under Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), which requires us to register all guests' identity documents with the Public Security authorities.
We kindly ask you to:
Upload your identity documents exclusively through the official link received at booking. For your security and privacy, please do not send photos of your documents in chat or by email: we will not be able to accept them and will redirect you to the link.
Register all guests staying at the apartment, without exception: registration is mandatory for every person, adults and children alike.
Sign the digital rental agreement included in the procedure. A €2 stamp duty applies to agreements above €77.47.
Settle the tourist tax, which is paid directly during the online check-in.
Key handover can only take place once check-in is complete: we recommend completing it as soon as possible after booking, so everything is ready when you arrive. If you can't find the link, please check your spam folder or message us in chat — we'll resend it right away.
Guests
The apartment accommodates up to 2 registered guests. Unregistered visitors are not allowed, even for a short time.
Air conditioning & heating
The climate system is centralized and managed by the Waterfront di Levante building management, not by Tilo. Thermostats can be adjusted freely, but within limits set by the building — for example, in cooling mode the temperature cannot go below 18°C. If the thermostat doesn't respond beyond a certain point, it is not a malfunction. Operating periods follow the building's seasonal schedule.
